School Holiday Classes:

If you are having trouble finding activities for the kids these holidays, send them to a Soul Stitches sewing class.

Classes are small with a maximum of 4 students in each class.
Not only will you have some free time, your child will learn the sewing skills to complete a simple project to bring home.

All classes cover basic sewing instruction, no experience necessary.

Most of the projects are easy and with guidance achievable for even the beginner sewer.

For first time sewers I would recommend the lined bag, the bunting or the patchwork cushion.

All kits are prepared and ready to go when you arrive.

You are welcome to come and look at the samples.

The activities to choose from these holidays include:

·        Bunting – Decorate your bedroom window with some colourful bunting.

·        Patchwork Cushion – make yourself a pretty patchwork cushion with simple zipper opening (don’t be put off, it’s easy)

·        Mr Owl – Wise old Mr Owl is easy to make and stuff, however would probably be easier for those with some experience.

·        Pencil Case/Make Up Bag - Lined with a zipper opening

·        Versatile Lined Bag - Very useful lined bag – could be used as library bag, swimming bag or for general purpose

FEES

Cost - $50.00 per 3hr class with everything supplied including morning/afternoon tea. Students may choose one activity for each 3 hour session they attend.

If children are staying for the two sessions in the one day they will need to bring lunch for the half hour break.
